Buying MAGENTO: Need to add free t-shirt after $200 order

    I need a good Magento coder to help with our store. We want to run free t-shirt/shaker cup specials depending on how much the customer has in their cart. I need to be able to adjust the promotion though.
    For example we want to give away a free store t-shirt for all orders over $200.
    But we also want to run specials like free Gaspari t-shirts if you buy $50 of Gaspari products.
