Magento Installation Error

    I'm facing the "Base URL Error" When I'm Installing Magento on My Local PC Using Wamp Server.

    Please Guide.

    Try to use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost.

    I HAVE tried many things and tricks even with changing the source code (which was bad idea).
    But there is a very simple way and it works - just open you hosts file and make localhost.com pointing to your localhost. When installing type http://localhost.com/magento/ in your browser and it will work without any problems.
