Magento for B2B - for wholesalers and distributors

Hello everyone,

I was trying to find Magento theme or extention, where i can use magento as distributor for Retailers, who can create an account and log in to see stock, prices and even place an order for they stores.

so, this template strictly for retailers not for customers. No prices can be seen anywhere on frontend in template.

any help anyone knows , please point to right direction.

What you are looking for is called "multi vendor"
