Buying Magento developer

    I need someone who can make magento a reverse shopping cart system..

    Our store buys used electroics, fixes them and refurbs them, then we resell.

    I need the part where they add the items they want to sell to the cart and we pay once we receive.

    basically u want ur customers to sell their stuff to your website and once u received the item then that's only the time for u to pay? who would want a customer to ship their product first before getting paid?
