Magento Contact form Email issue

Hi,
I am not sure this is right place or not for discuss this issue but I have no found any relevant category for this.

I am using magento 1.7.0.2 version all is good but when I have integra gte contact form then I have not received email when some one fill the form and also did not give the success message just load the page and nothing happen so any one can guide me to fix this issue ?

Also I received the message at the time of order process so I am sure this is not the host issue and if you can help me to get email at the time of order create so it would be great.
