I've recently bought the site and now need the money for my new project. So, I've no sales history for the site.
The buyer need to promote the site in order to get good sales. Everything else is automated on the site end.

The server requirements are Apache server with PHP, MySQL. You can get the hosting for as low as $1 per month.

Site is currently hosted with kxs.net, The buyer is free to move it to any server. I can even transfer it for the buyer.

All you really need to do is view cache of the page.. if some other page pops up, that means the PR being displayed is that of the other page.

I baught a site with 120k pages indexed in Google from this seller hoping to get good co-op weight.. The weight was a lame 80. The seller knew the site was producing this much weight and hense thought it best to get rid of it (with no refference to the weight amount, assuming someone would buy it just based on the page count)... I would avoid this seller.

Yes, I know that the PR might be different on other pages. I've recently bought the site and found that PR while browsing the site.
But I've posted it just to indicate that the site is not SendBoxed.

spdude, It was your opinion to buy that site. I never claimed to have good co-op weight.

Every one is advised to make every doubt clear before buying the site.
I am selling it for just $120 and this is bacause of the following facts:
    • The domain was registered on 2003.
    • Store is based on osCommerce that is a secure, fast and fully capable e-store management system.
    • Site is not sandboxed.
    • Site is getting some hits.
    • Magazine sales can be managed by another agency [ eMagWholeSaler.com ]. So the owner doesn’t have to keep an inventory.
    • The site contains a huge list of magazines with description, so the new owner just has to promote the site to start the business.

I believe that these reasons are sufficient to justify the asking price.

    Sorry joch21,
I've changed the site a bit after purchasing it(including the custom logo, seo etc.)
    The other reasons are:
I've got the $90 offer and looking to sell it around the BIN price.

    Custom Logo???

Your logo is exactly the same as it is in the ebay auction. What is custom about it?

How much value did you add to the website in the 24-36 hours that you have had the website??

How much SEO can you do in this amount of time??? WHAT A JOKE!

If you can see the properties of the image in eBay Auction you'll see that the image is hosted at the MagazineCrazy server and is same as the store front logo.

Now, Just forget the eBay Auction and tell me your honest perception about the site.

It takes time for SEO efforts to reflect on the search engine result pages.

Are you really interested in the site?
