Buying Magazine Cover Design (Easy Task)

    Hello All,
    I need help with a "magazine cover" design for a project at my school. I was assigned a US cabinet member and asked to create a magazine about them. Since I can't do graphics for the life of me would someone be able to create a magazine cover, preferably something like a TIME Magazine.

    I need the magazine cover to feature Gary Locke, preferably an innovative artwork of some sort. For example see: http://www.shallownation.com/images/barack_obama_time_magazine_cover_2008_october.jpg (Which looks great.)

    As for the text on the cover, the graphic author can creative. I didn't create any content yet for the magazine so I can write articles based on what you put on the cover. For example (Exclusive Interview on Page 3, A Closer Look at Locke on Page 5, etc.)

    Please PM me if you feel you can take this up. This must be completed within 12 hours. Price should be no more then $12 as well.

    Looking for templates/drafts if you are willing to take it up, so I know your the right guy too. Google has some useful templates as well to base from.
