Hey guys, I see many people having success with article marketing with articles so I will try it myself. About me : Im 15 and I live in Canada. I have different revenue sources , zango which brings in a little over 1000$ per month , a wow server which brings 40-60$ per day , selling ebooks on eBay etc....so I'm no noob on the internet just because I'm 15 Reason: I made this thread so that I won't give up, I will probably force myself harder if I know I have people on this thread waiting on my next update. I will try to do 2-3 good articles per day and also try to get some backlinks to those articles with social bookmarking sites. I just can't shoot 30 per day like Supper did. Day 1 : Submitted my articles on Sunday and got 1 accepted today around 6 hours ago , the one from Monday is still pending: Stats: Page Views: 9 URL Clicks: 5 Live Articles: 1 Pending Articles: 1 woot 55% click rate! No sale yet of course.
Well done.........earning $1000 a month while your 15 is like being a millionaire isn't it Good luck and I'm sure there will be a stack of members following this thread.
Guys, Just hang in there! keep pumping out articles, and believe me, people will click on them, and if your article is engaging enough, it WILL persuade them to buy the product. The core rule here is persistence. I had to reduce my activities in IM for a while because of my other business. The amazing thing was, that I was still making money from sales on clickbank. So if you think about it, for each article that you are writing and putting out, you are planting a seed for potential future income, which if you have the right product/placement/time frame, it can be very lucrative not overnight, but maybe a month or two down the line!! Sometimes EzineArticles does some stupid things, that pisses me off. I modified few of my articles, and changed the link at the bottom, and put a top-level domain, like www.example.com, which redirects to my hoplink. According to their Editorial Guidelines: "Affiliate links will be allowed if the link is a domain name you own which forward/redirects to the affiliate link from the top-level of the domain name. For example, it is permissible to forward to an affiliate link from: http://your-company-name.com/" It is allowed to do it. However, some *expert* reviewed my articles and it says: "Problem: Sorry, we do not accept articles which contain affiliate or distributor links." Ridiculous.
Wow, how many journals are on the first page of the forum right now? Anyway, good luck. I'll be following. nadavs
Day 2: I will try to get at least 1 article today since I have a friend's birthday in 2 hours and I also have to order my Iphone. Stats: Account Article Statistics Page Views: 67 URL Clicks: 32 Live Articles: 2 Pending Articles: 1 Got another article accepted today , 2 live and 1 pending! Is it just me or is that a rly good stat for the 2nd day ? From what I've read from other people's journals and experiences my click through rate is amazing along with my views and clicks overall! My guess is that it's 90% webmaster traffic....
Account Article Statistics Day 3: Page Views: 96 Published: 1 URL Clicks: 41 Votes: 1 Live Articles: 2 Pending Articles: 1 WOW, 2 live articles and 41 clicks in 2 days -.- , talk about sucking.
^^ Are you kidding me? Sucking? In two days, that's about 10 clicks a day for every article. If you manage to keep those stats up... Let's say you have 10 live articles with those stats, and that could easily be pulled off in a few days... That's 10 articles x 10 clicks = 100 clicks a day. Convert 1% of those (which isn't so hard) and you've got one sale a day. 20 articles = 2 sales a day and so on. Say you work up to 50 articles... 5 sales/day... And say you get 30 bucks for every sale, you've got yourself a $150/day income. You're now way ahead of most people on this forum... Supper here has over 200 live articles, but isn't making as much from them. If these stats applied, that would be 200 articles x 10 clicks = 2000 clicks. Conversion: 1% = 20 sales/day x $30 = $600/day, $18,000/month and $219,000/year Though, that is, IF you can keep these stats up, which will be the difficult part... Hah. Sorry, I was bored lol.
Haha, if you manage to keep that CTR up for every article, you're easily the "article marketing king".
