for around 20 of the past 24 hours.....what a bummer. When I first hooked up with site5 things looked so promising. But lately the downtime has been unbearable and like all oversellers they were trying to tell me that they had to place some restrictions on my ip because of abuse, when I asked for urgent clarification of this they waited a good 10 hours and then said, "your sites are up"!
Best off out of there...I know 1and1 are a bit too corporate for many people, BUT they are reliable (touch-wood)!
Yes I was very upset but it is frustrating to keep moving hosting, just moved from HostGator a few months ago. Eventhough it is harder to manage I am using two hosting accounts now and will be getting a third.
this is a PITA, they should have an option to UPGRADE when you eat more resources instead of killing your account. Its the best chance to monetize your site and they kill your account because of that.
