Made paypal account with fake info, now the moneys stuck?

Idiotic? Yes. Can't say I didn't learn my lesson though.

Everything is created fake by me. Name, address, telephone, even country.

Now I'm going to call PayPal to try and talk my way into getting my money back onto my account with my namesake.

I'd like to know if any of you have been through this, or if you know things I can say/point to, in their ToS or otherwise, that can work to my advantage.

How can I get my money?

Why would you want to input fake info anyway?

 

I don't think there is going to be a way to do this. Did that account get locked and need verification?

 

I put fake info because I was under the misguided assumption the person paying me could see all my Info, and I did not want that. I also thought I could just send it to another account right after. Dead wrong.

It wasn;t locked, there was a 0.00 sending limit placed on it from the start.

 

Is it verified account or unverified? if it's unverified, you could use VCC to verify it and move the balance to another paypal account...

It's going to be tough. It happened to me once - never retrieved the money, though I had only $5 so I didn't care a lot.

 

VCC is a virtual credit card, usually used to verified fake paypal or google adword account, you can find it easily in google....or maybe you could find here on Buy, Sell, and Trade subforum...most vcc will be sold for $7-9...don't pay more than that...

 

Paypal limitted unverified account to $100 to send money. So if you have no more than $100 you can send the money to other paypal account.

 

I've got $230 on the account. It is unverified, but as far as I know the account is not damaged in any way (like "Limited"). They just made my spending limit $0.00. Will adding a VCC allow me to send that money to another PayPal account?

 

Doubtful you'll be getting any of it out. A pricey 230 dollar lesson.

 

Paypal unverified account limit is different on each coountry, I have several fake paypal account, most asia country will have $100 limit...
American unverified paypal account will have 0.00 limit from start, it must be verified before you can withdraw or move the balance to diff. acccount...

You can always transfer that account to a "real" paypal.

However obtaining two paypals is illegal so I recommend sending the money to a family member/friend and recieved the check by person.

for usa paypal account you need to add usa bank account to it to VERIFY it. To lift spending/sending limits you just need to add credit card. Vcc is popular (Virtual Credit Card). However I would advise in getting a cc or vcc that will pass avs (address verification system) meaning you can register the address on your paypal account on your cc/vcc and paypal will check the cc to see if the address matches.

Your money is not stuck...you just need to link and confirm credit card. Then you can transfer the money out.

SO I will have to do both of these to send the money, or is only 1 an option?
