How much did you generally make with adsense per day?

i put it up on one of my videogame sites and am pretty happy so far. i was running similar ads from shopzilla and doing only $0.03 per day. so far i'm at $1.60 per day so that is a great improvement. Another game site i have that has even higher traffic has only had 1 click so far....can't figure out why that one is doing so bad in relation.

When they pay you, I'll actually even consider joining them. Right now, all seems like a HUGE scam. I mean really, how they heck can they afford to payout 27 cents to 50 cents a click? Unless the traffic is miraculously good, I HIGHLY doubt they could make a profit let alone break even.

you need to understand their business model.

they approach the advertisers saying we'll link to your ads. the advertisers then deposit $$$ with widgetbucks to pay for the clicks. we get a portion of the revenue from the clicks. as long as widgetbucks continues to get advertisers its all fine. now if the clicks don't convert well enough, the $/click will begin to drop and they may lose clients. but i assume they have a fair amount of initial funding held back just for payout purposes.

Not really. All they are running is the shopping.com affiliate program. THey just split the revenue with the publisher. Same as Chitika.

well purdue, we all have our opinions :)

anyway, i think that they actually get pretty relevant clicks and pretty small amount of clicks, based on that maybe they are able to cover their costs? if it was just a cpm, then it being on bad sites would be a problem but since its cpc, i think it might stay. they might add that sites cant be in other languages other than english or something but i think this will probably stay seeing all the hype of widgetbucks. or atleast i hope so. :)

I might try this out after reading this thread. I've heard of WidgetBucks and looked into it before, but I didn't actually sign up (yet).

    Hey,

A few people are reporting high earning and CPC in the RED (pending) earnings, but when the earnings are confirmed into the BLACK (confirmed) writing their earnings are being reduced, so my question is are your earnings still in the RED or are they confirmed ?

Personally I think the RED is BS and only there to create a BUZZ and some publicity such as this.

I just checked my stats for revenue that has been audited and is in the black and on my best category it is averaging $0.46 per click. So, from october 1 to october 13, all of the revenue divided by the clicks comes to a cpc of .46 Then when I do it for the whole month the number is still .46, so I dont seem to be losing any money to the audit.

yea no problem. Man, I wish I had referred you to the program if you are making $500 a day, that would be $1500 extra bucks a month just for my 10% referral fee.
