Made a replica of a site with a new domain, does Google penalize?

Hi, I recently bought a new domain name for my old site http://easilyhealthy.com/ and used the same template with only a one page difference. Is that the reason my new domain http://knownhealthsolutions.com/ has not shown up in Google, because it is a replica of an already made site? It has been about a week since I submitted the url to Google. If this is the case, is there a way to remove my old domain and instead add my new one?

Though the same template if content is different then there wouldn't be a prb. May be your new one is sandboxed by google.

i agree with blue arrow, as long as you have a unique content template wouldn't be a problem. for example the template in blogger many have been using this template but they have different content and they still manage to rank higher.

google has duplicate content penalty. if you have have 2 sites with same content and if google finds that both the sites are largely similar, then there will be a duplicate content penalty which you can consider as SEO death. if you are into SEO, then you must have unique content

Google penalizes your site if it's the same with content and template. In short, it's the same with your original site.

Templates don't mean anything - it's the content that Google searches for. As for that, well, I coudn't tell you if your content is identical because the first link threw me a 404 error like a hungry man would throw a dog a bone.
