I dont think they will ban you for a few clicks, because they clearly state that occasional mis-clicks happen so you sometimes click your own ads and dont need to worry about it. ive clicked my ads 2 times by accident and nothing happened.

Uh I wouldn't let them know if I were u.. It's like some guy shop lifting and getting away with it a few times and then finally deciding to go straight so he goes and report his previous successful shop lifting attempts to the store, explaining that he'll never do it again.

Just stop clicking and hope they don't ban you for your foolish acts previously. You know you didn't click on it by accident and no one at Google is stupid enough to believe you clicked on it 5/6 times by mistake. So why bother confessing.

It'll show them one of two things.
    1. You're too stupid to read the terms, which they hate in the first place so you're banned.
    2. You're a criminal and once a criminal, always a criminal.

    Good luck

Google track IP nos. and when you have clicked your ads from the same Pc, they will disable your account forever as per the TOS. If you have reported immediately after your first click, they will consider. Go thru the TOS once again.
