Very good work. Keep working on it and I'm sure it will grow even more. I haven't been using Amazon associates for long, but by implementing some of the tips on this forum I have seen my income double and then double again month on month. I have already made more so far this month than the whole of June
I earn just a little over $100 a month with amazon. I want to earn more. Do you think my Amazon earnings will increase if I pull down the adsense block on my site? Or should I say, my Adsense earnings will increase if I pull down my Amazon links?
This is just my experience but Adsense and Amazon caters to two different kinds of users...The "clickers" that get off your site any way that they can, because they are looking for something other than what you have on your site, and the readers, who actually read your content. The clickers will sometimes click on Adsense and the readers will sometimes buy from amazon. As long as you have your Adsense in the top part of your page and your amazon products further down in the article, the two shouldn't affect each other. One way that you can increase your earnings though, is by linking your amazon product link to a search page for that product rather than the product page itself. That way, they may see something else in the search results that they want if they don't like your particular product and have a much greater chance of browsing the Amazon site under your affiliate ID until they buy something.
I always promote amazon products with hub pages articles but my income never exceed more then $50 in a month. Congrats for your small success...
congrats man! any money is good..im sure u must have worked hard for it.. im still at the beginners stage..hope fully one day will make money
No it's not... Yeah it's ok for your first month, but the amount of people at awe of these earnings dumbfounds me. 350 is not even enough to LIVE on. It's less than what you can make part time at McDonalds. I'm not bagging on the thread starter, he deserves his congrats if he's just started out, but the response in this thread makes me wonder what everyone is doing wrong for $350 to seem like a lot of money.... Regardless, congrats to OP. Now double it next month!
I always lost more money though Amazon I was using PPC so that's my problem but it was back in the day when I was still learning this business it was a valuable lession.
I've been having problems trying to get my Amazon products to convert. Without getting too specific, are you guys using a combination of methods like articles, PPC, Facebook, Twitter or just sticking to one method altogether?
