Made 200 percent extra in 1 day than what i had for 2 months.

I had made around 1 dollar and i had adsense for two months. But since i asked for help from everyone things seem to be turning around for me and i made 2 dollars yesterday. Thanks to everyone here

your ad placement isnt the best, and you should be using those big square ads....have you seen a hot spot for clickers map? anyways post more and post only on big topics

Surprising that it looks like that after the advice. I would remove the link unit, number 1 a user needs to click it twice for you to get paid, number 2 its the highest placed adsense code in your site thus will be the highest paid ads on what is generally a low CTR unit. Then why is your banner hidden away at the bottom? I wouldn't even use a banner but if you want it then id swap it with the link unit would still be better. Or put a recntangle at the top of all content, although i dont like that because i think its too ugly itll get a good CTR. Also you could put a large rectangle within the content, wrap it around an article for me it works best to the left of an article. Get rid of the green adsense urls and make them slighty darker than the white bg, so a light grey. That should take like 5 minutes to try out

just my 2c, but that green hurts my eyes more than anything else. Yes, the ads JUMP OUT but it made me want to hurry and scroll down away from ads or click off the page. i hope this feedback helps your testing

 

That green is absolutely brutal, I suggest you change it so it blends with your website. You'll get more clicks.

Basically as high as you can manage. Tweak ads, leave them up for 24 hours and record results. Rinse, repeat and continue.

 

At least 40% CTR, but there is no average for everyone. Depends on the site and your objectives.
