    I have a micro niche site for sale.
    It made $1000 for 4 months. I did SEO and now its on top 10 google.

    About keyword

    - This keyword has 14,800 Local searches per month

    About traffic

    - Because It's micro niche site so most of traffic come from Google ( >90% visitor come from Google)

    About Revenue

    - As I say above, it made $1000 for 4 months: $114 on Apr, $158 on May, $385 on Jun, $296 on July and $65 on Aug (only 10 days). All income from Adsense.

    Why I want to sell it

    - I have more than 50 domains for Micro Niche Site project and I can't control all of them, so I want to sell some sites to do SEO other sites.

    your income seems low for the current month is the site slowly dieing as income seems to be falling or is there another reason?

    Because it is micro niche site. The first month I did SEO, get backlinks for my site but I dont have time enought to control all my sites so the main keyword drop from #1 to #4. But you will get #1 back if you build links weekly :)
