    Is macromedia have the right to get the said domain registered to other user by force because of the copyright law?

    then that also means that when I started to buy a domain name sample.com then I can also get by force every domain name that starts with the same title as my .com com?

    Macromedia term is "famous" enough to have the abilty to aquire that domain legally....

    Also there's a timing issue.

    If you registered Sample.com and there was a company named Sample, chances are that the company Sample was registered before you registered Sample.com - giving them rights, not you.

    I'm not a pro on the issue but I do know that companies that hold globally "famous" marks have alot of pull with these issues....

    Pepsi cola or macromedia would have alot better chances then something only known regionally or small
