    Nothing beat quizno's, they make real tasty sandwich.

    BK is better than MC, i like mayo in my burger (i put more if i take it home). And they have chili. Their fried taste better too

    I put my back out again yesterday!!!!!





    I still went and lifted today, can't believe I was able to. Had to wear my weight belt the entire time and change my routine a bit. Looked funny as hell I'm sure, unable to bend at the back!

    Not in general but Today (Friday) is my junk food day.. Mainly cos today is a hectic day for me.. and its a treat for my children..(they really only like the stupid plastic toys) I personally believe its only muck but once a week wont hurt anyone,, :)
