Saniuk, there are AWESOME Mac desktops now - biggest screen I've ever seen, 8GB RAM and a 1TB hard drive - costs $2000 AU (so I guess around $1800 American). I'm getting one when I can; I love my MacBook Pro too. (4GB Ram, works better for gaming than my partner's desktop PC )
I am pretty comfortable with both Operating Systems they have their pros and cons. Windows 7 and Mac Snow Leopard.
Mac is more stable unlike PC which get "hang" and crash more often. Anyway, I still prefer PC because there are tons of software supported. Some software still doesn't designed for Mac....
I bought mac a few years back and have never looked back. I still do use pc because some softwares do not run on mac.
Mac is a good professional solution that's true, but I don't love any other thing than PC's because it always has the freedom to choose from software or hardware which Mac never has.
I'm platform agnostic, and use both Macs and PCs. Both have their pros and cons, and I really don't see any one operating system (OS X/Win 7) being clearly superior to the other. It all depends on which operating system fits your workflow and preferences better, my advice for someone trying to decide is to spend some time with both operating systems and get a feel for both of them. Just trying them out for a few minutes in the showroom is not enough to really determine which is better for you.
Yes obviously mac is better as well as expensive. It is more professional. I am using mac too. I dream of using Alienware which my boss is using in the office. Phew !!!!! what a lappy
Nice replies...I think the Mac Has it!!!! I do think Apple is leading the new computer generation and I look forward to the new Iphone Saying that I can't say I am going to rush out and get the I pad
We know that mac can be only used on mac computers, so it 's not convenient for pc users. But we know that interactive panel was first invented by Mac and then it was applied by windows.I believe some advantages of Mac will be applied to pc sooner or later. It's only time.
