MAC or PC?

So I'm starting to get the 'itch' again, I'll probably buy a new(er) laptop in the next couple of months.

I've always run PC with Windows, dabbled in Linux. I'm becoming attracted to Mac though. What do you think? MAC, or PC?

Depends on what you're planning to do with Mac. If you're a programmer or into video games then PC of course. If you're a graphic designer then Mac. It seems like almost every company hires designers who can work with Mac. I personally dislike it. I program in VB and also do graphic design for 7 years now, and not planning to switch. Many people say get Mac, its more secured. Its more secured because those who find system exploits, write viruses and trojans dont use Macs. I am sure if they'd start using it, we would see plenty of those.

PC > Mac

 

I like both. I use a PC, but for some things I would prefer a Mac.

I'd get a Mac if I could afford it, but right now they are nearly twice as much as comparable PCs on the market..

 

Get a Mac, if you need to use windows for anything after buying a mac you can just install Boot Camp or use Parallels.
