M F A Site Making $5-$7 dollars a month for sale.

Hello guys I am selling one of my mfa sites that makes me around $5 and $7 dollars a month.

I can not reveal the domain but here are all of the details about the site:

1. Adsense earnings for September: $7.84 (I have proof)
2. Adsense Earnings for October: $5.20 (I have proof)
3. Indexed Pages in Google: 40

8. Site Language: Spanish - If you do not speak spanisgh do not panic, you will not need to update the site, you will change my adsense code for yours with one click (all pages will automatically update).
9. Traffic: Between 200-700 uniques a month, most organic traffic and backlinks.
10. Over 2000 Pageviews a month (yes its an mfa but it still has relevant content that people read).
11. Site has around 50 backlinks
