    I'm selling my site. I owe taxes and need to sell one of my sites.

    Over 218,000 lyrics. The majority of my visitors come straight from g**gle.

    Site is nicely optimized for search engines.

    The site shows PR 4 for me. Are you basing PR5 on the last "update" that seems to be going on?

    How old is the site? Registrar? How many text links is several =) When can we remove them or contact the owners for a new subscription

    More questions from me:

    How hard is it to edit the overall site layout?

    You know, I'm not very good at BIN. Every time I post a BIN, someone buys the site in the next 20 min, and I feel like I cheated myself.

    Understood. I've made that mistake a few times myself. Sold sites @ BIN and then been inundated with PM's saying I let it go too cheap! :)

    I keep telling myself not to buy lyrics sites with all this talk of crack downs but I just can't help myself :)

    Alexa only shows statistics form users with Alexa toolabar. So if your site is visited from users that don't like toolbars (high tech users) your alexa rating will be lower...
