Ok thanks I hope he gets an infraction and not me because he is just mad my script is better and he is trying to hurt my business. And I am no scammer I was only banned before for double posting
I would just bring it up to a mod. Most people wouldn't have even read about you except you're shining more light on this.
Trashing/flaming someone elses sales thread is also against the rules dont worry if he keeps it up he'll get banned for his troubles
Now I am getting infractions 2 for posts that say "private". How is this right he is trashing my thread and I am going to get banned
Well its probably not this thread, but private posts mare usually posts which mods delete or 'soft delete' (i think) perhaps as harsh though they may seem they may have been for comments you made in your sales thread to this guy, strictly speaking commenting in sales threads isn't allowed or perhaps they were for other posts in a different thread. Your not banned at the moment so try not to get into arguments with the guy in your thread, keep it to PM. I do feel for you though, it's hard when someones hell bent on ruining you like this.

The same thing happened to me in one of my sale threads. They may/may not get infractions. I suggest PMing a mod asking them just to post something like 'This is a sales thread, not a discussion'. Or, just add him to your ignore list.
