    Hey Guys,

An Indian digital marketing solutions company, Ybrant Digital has acquired Lycos from a Korean Company, Daum for USD 36 million. Daum was a part of USD 2.5 billion Spanish telecom company Terra, which bought Lycos for USD 95.4 million in 2004. Lycos says that it is a major property as we can not overlook the fact that every month nearly 12 to 15 million people visit the search engine. Lycos has been a successful and popular source for all the purposes - search, free online games, e-mail, free blogs & websites, videos & movies, news, weather and more.

    Have a great day!

It will be interesting to see what is done, if anything to this call back to the original days of search. I wish them luck.
