LxAdmin or DirectAdmin? as CP for Hosting.

    Hello

    I am about to start my new Host now that I have a couple of servers empty (3 in total) and I was wondering what control panel would the users here at DigitalPoint would prefer.

    LxAdmin or Direct Admin or Both?

    Im betting that the majority of users will say DirectAdmin.

    Directadmin is the way to go. I have only used lxadmin stuff for HyperVM

    Go for DirectAdmin. It's a great control panel

    LxAdmin is mostly found in VPS servers.

    Well, I can offer both. What I like about LxAdmin is that it barely uses Ram so there's a lot of free ram for the clients websites. I will be offering all three, Cpanel, LxAdmin and DirectAdmin.

    DA is more userfriendly, i personally prefer it over LXAdmin

    It is and it's also powerful but LxAdmin is powerful too and not that hard plus it has a Cpanel look.

    Cpanel, of course, this is a must but I have some of my friends that I am currently hosting that like Lxadmin better than Cpanel and this is why I will be offering all three.

    It is once you start messing around with it and I have LxAdmin in my personal VPS and it only uses 50 megs of RAM, so there's always plenty of free Ram.

    Lxadmin because can handle easily the server load, then Direct Admin and last Cpanel , if you use Direct Admin or Lxadmin don't wait a lot of people to sign up , they don't want another panel because they only know about Cpanel , is a ... preconception for most.

    I will go with Direct Admin , a compromise between Lxadmin and Cpanel
