Lurking but still here . . .

I'm a new member to this forum (as if that doesn't go without saying), but I've been lurking on and off for some time.

I currently live in ID, USA (but born in GA, USA) and have lived or been in/through many of the states as a Navy brat.

I love writing, especially fiction, and I hope to do some writing here on the boards as well as sell some articles, get some freelance work, etc. I have myriad interests and much curiosity of the world at large.

I hope to learn more about internet marketing, developing and running websites, and the like. I really hope I can learn to organize all the information I've gleaned and will add. Is anyone else overwhelmed by all of this? If so, how did you get past that?

An overly long hello, I know, but I do so love to be verbose. It goes with a love for the language.

I really believe that psoting yourself can help you learn a whole lot more. I'm not a top poster myself with only a modest amount of posts for the time being here however its useful to add advice or ask questions now and again.
