Hi everyone, I know that if you are starting out with a relatively new site like a forum etc it can be a good idea to give away free stuff to encourage new members to join up. Now I was thinking I would offer some free adsense e-books or something like that to my members on my adsense forum. Does anyone know of any good free materials that I can use for this purpose? Something that is free to redistribute? Or if not Adsense related perhaps something to do with web design/HTML short cut sheet or any other ideas. Ah i just had an another idea...maybe free graphics, logos, avatars etc. Cheers
There is no linnk to register on ur booard? If the adsense ebook is free and available on the net then anyone on your board can go and find it. I don't think your members will be as happy as giving them very opriginal stuff for free. Web design/html sounds good.
yeah i might end up writing/creating my own FREE stuff ...maybe some free website templates would be good. i am ok with paintshop. no star but good enough to make some templates. though i am still interested in hearing if there are any nice "already built" things that are already available. p.s. i will add a link for people to sign up as you suggested. good idea. p.s.s I added a catch line at the top to encourage new members to join up. I was having a bit of fun with different words. It currently reads "Sign up this week FREE (or next week for FREE)!" lol well it makes me laugh anyway but i guess it might put some people off. "Sign up today" seemed too boring. I am open to suggestions on a better line. Of course once i have my FREE stuff i can mention that instead.
