nice colours, but try "verdana" instead of "times new roman" for the body text. And please change the text size to medium (Banner as well as the topmost Menu [tech4talk, footfive designs etc..) And the website menu (Home About, Sites) needs to more wider... make it something than just a few html links... go for something more graphic and attractive... hope this helped...
