Not sure if this is the right section for payment processing... but I was wondering if lunarpages charges your credit card right after you make your purchase, or if they charge once your year of webhosting (or however long you purchased) is up? A year after I purchased hosting I got dinged $95, and I can't remember if I got it before... does anybody know? I don't know if it's renewing or what...
