Selling Lucrative energy/brain supplement company

I would like to put http:// accelerate natural energy . com up for sale. Not just the site, the entire company. So that would not only include the site, graphics, .psd, etc. But also the company name and the first run of product (as well as all the manufacturer's info and formula for future orders). I believe it's around 120 bottles left. I'd just like to pass it all on to someone who can spend more time on it and turn it into what it was meant to be.

Reason for selling:

I have lost interest. Not only because I suck at marketing, but because I have just plain lost interest, and I have other things to spend my time on.

I feel like this would be great opportunity for someone more motivated than I to create a rebill or something like that around.

I'm not sure as far as price. I suppose that's something I can discuss with those who are genuinely interested. There isn't much of a revenue aside from a couple bottles a month. The main cost would just be paying for the remaining stock. I'm just hoping to get out with as little loss as possible.
