Selling Lucrative energy/brain supplement company

I would like to put http:// accelerate natural energy . com up for sale. Not just the site, the entire company. So that would not only include the site, graphics, .psd, etc. But also the company name and the first run of product (as well as all the manufacturer's info and formula for future orders). I believe it's around 125 bottles left. I'd just like to pass it all on to someone who can spend more time on it and turn it into what it was meant to be.

I also have a landing page design and some copy written out because I was going to start a trial offer. I'll also include that.

    Reason for selling:

I have lost interest. Not only because I suck at marketing, but because I have just plain lost interest, and school is taking over my life.

I feel like this would be great opportunity for someone more motivated than I to create a rebill or some offer around.

If you need any more answers let me know.

I'm not sure as far as price. I suppose that's something I can discuss with those who are genuinely interested. There isn't much of a revenue aside from a few bottles here and there (basically negligible). The main cost would just be paying for the remaining stock. I'm just hoping to get out with as little loss as possible.

Soo, yea. All the work is done, just needs someone to carry it through.

I'm afraid that the website isn't worth much, anyway not even close to $200, let alone $3500. Since it doesn't have any traffic, any links pointing to it, not to mention that it's not making any income as for now and the domain is pretty new as well.

    Cheers

He is selling a company...not just a website! ;) which is why it's worth more than just a new website(?) However, I do have some questions for the OP:

    1) Is it dropshipping?
    2) Is it an established llc in MN?
    3) As far as the formula goes, is it patented or anything like that? Who "owns" the formula?

A little off topic: the tripod adapter in your blog is cool :)

Just out of curiosity - is this a stock formula you're selling?

Because 125 bottles is a very small order for a custom formulation. Just wondering if you're private labeling?

This isn't drop-shipped and it is our custom formula so it's one of a kind. It's simple and cheap to ship. We've been throwing them in bubble envelopes. The average shipping cost has only been a couple bucks.

"Engage Nutrition LLC" is registered in MN, so not the accelerate part.

We were able to work out a killer deal with the manufacturer for the first run. That's why we were able to get such a small order. Now that we have it all set up it's simple to re-order, just contact the manufacturer. The lead time is around a week.

The price is just a ballpark estimate and I'll consider any justified offer.

    P.S. thanks alistair :)
