[LTH] programmer to create small application

i need someone to create me a small application to send emails where i can put custom from address and custom to address.

i need this because i need to operate 100s of emails id together and is becoming difficult for me to manage.

need it asap within 24 hours.. lemme know if u can do it..

You should look for any opensource bulk mail/ newsletter script.
If you want it to be coded, I can do it for around $20.
