    Warez linking is not allowed on any of our servers. When you speak of maximum users and php.ini, are you speaking more on behalf of the shared hosting server or the proxy hosting server?

    Maximum MySQL user's is 450. Custom php.ini settings are not allowed but most of these settings and be set custom in the .htaccess file. Things like turning php globals on..etc. Can be done by adding a simple line to the .htaccess file.

    biger, I am sorry we are not offering proxy hosting for $1. Yes, you can use wordpress whether you download and install it from wordpress.org or if you use fantastico, either way will work.
