    ooh hes definately not marketing a website here, I don't know how that became of the subject.

    Getting return customers is a great feeling, because you know your doing something right, and your getting more sales.

    I didn't see anything that was "marketing" in his post. Perhaps you could be upset at him for giving "unasked" for advice. If that's the case, just ignore it.

    what's up with you guys? i think he gave a good info there. doesn't sound like marketing to me. and not having a sig doesn't mean anything. it could mean he's just respecting the rules of DP and not wanting to blatantly plug sites in it.

    personally i like to hear success stories. they are a kind of motivation and we can learn from them.

    Well said! They are annoying at times (as a bit of jealousy can kick in) but almost always give me a little more motivation to keep going.

    I'm sure they do the same for the majority of beginners/learners who read them - especially when followed up with some advice (as in this case about customer service etc).
