    I am a adsense user and now I planning to advertise through Adwords.So can anyone say me about the lowest eCPM ???

    Can I optimize the ads to some specified countries ???
    Can I be able to make the money to be credited from my adsense ???

    The min bid in AdWords is $0.01 per click. You can site target and run CPM ads with a minimum bid of $0.25 per thousand.

    You can't transfer funds between AdWords and AdSense.
