Lower pr then expected

    Hello digitalpointers,

    A few days ago there was the pr update, like everyone knows. Now my website went only from pr 0 to pr 1 while all my backlinks are related and atleast pr 3+ And i also got a link on Dmoz

    So my question is:
    Could it be possible i only got pr 1 cause i got alot of outgoing links to my subpages from my homepage?

    I don't think the outgoing links to your subpages could be the problem. Maybe you need better quality links. My PR went from 0 to 2 for my new website. I haven't done a lot of backlinking, but the backlinks that I have are from .EDU domains with PR 6

    I am fully agreed because nuber of back links are less considered then quality of back links so try to get quality back links from high PR sites.. it will more help full...

    Seriously, all my links are really quality. Like 80% of the links has to do with my website.. so that couldnt be the problem. My SERPS ranking is good, just the pagerank not so i was wondering. Any other ideas?
