Took me over 20 hours of coding. It's coded with PHP and SQL and therefore requires a MySQL database. I will however, help out by hosting until you find a host, or install the database for you. FREE push on namecheap.com to your namecheap account. When it was first launched, it had a good few hundred visits, but they quickly died down, which is a shame because I was expecting it to be uniquely successful. My inspiration taken obviously from KingoftheBill.com

- CollectionOfSouls.com

Again, another well coded website in PHP and SQL. However, this is slightly more unique. The idea is, people sign-up and they're emailed their unique ID. With this idea, they get their friends or as many people as possible to click it. It logs the unique clicks each person gets, and at the end of each month, the person with the most clicks gets $100. This is quite clever I think, 'cause it markets itself through the massive viral exposure. Initially, it was a viral experiment for my blog. This site has 298 members or "soul collectors"

The traffic to each site has not been documented, but I expected ToS has next to none, but Collectionofsouls I think will have a substantial amount due to the number of members competing with clicks. Each have totally unique designs and content which you will have total rights to.

Pammer, I'd sell the script for about $50. But wouldn't you rather buy the entire site with full master rights to the script for $100?

 

How many sites does the 'top of the site' show in total and can it be made free entry?

 

It has as many sites as it shows, so that's 5. You can make a free entry if you have access to the DB. But for people visiting, they have to make a $1 payment to be listed.

 

I meant if 200 site were submitted, would it show all 200 sites on the homepage or is it limited.

Also i meant can you make it a free submission, rather than having to pay $1.

I could make it free submission yes. And if 200 sites were submitted, the page would fit to allow them - It allows any number.

Yesh the site is still for sale. lol no it doesn't need a license of any sort. It's similar to Kill of the Bill and he didn't need a license. You only need a license if a game/website is taking money and giving it out based just on chance. Topofthesite customers have total control of how well they do.
