Low number of hops in the last days?

    if they don't show all the hops, how do you know they track all the hops? I don't
    If they don't track all the hops.....you get my point!

    Yeah, the analytics is saying data is complete from March 11th, which makes sense considering my hops dropped by about 50% from that day forward.

    Same here. 1/3 of hops not counted. 0 sales 2 days ago (unusual). 0 hops counted yesterday (2 sales counted tho - yet without any TIDs counted).

    Our traffic levels & quality hasn't changed. This is CB's problem.

    Why vendors don't use other processing platforms as well is beyond me. It would at least give us a chance to send the traffic to other platforms for a while or at least when one is having problems. Vendors are just shooting themselves in the foot.

    I am stoping my Adwords until the CB morons fix this..if they have any idea about how and what to fix
    Is been like this for a week now..and they make millions each day! How in the world is this possible?

    I have the same problem. Sales have dropped for 50% in the last few days.

    On the other hand, I have customers complaining that the redirect from the CB payment page to the product download page did not work well. Therefore, they had problems downloading the product. Most of them were very angry because of this. I think that this payment page might be the source of all problems.
