Buying Low maintenance high profit site, $50,000 budget

I'm looking for a stable sites making $800+ per month. I'm looking for sites that don't take up much time or have all work outsourced. I would need solid income and traffic proof. I don't know much about PPC or other paid advertising so would prefer organic traffic. The price I am willing to pay would be determined by the stability of the business, income history, SERPS, and niche.

I'm not interested in sites the promote scams.

I would expect to see solid traffic and income proof. I only purchase sites using escrow. I've seen more scams on website sales than anywhere else in the business world so please don't waste my time with fake stats.

 

I have a eBay business if you want to buy it. It makes more than $200 a month and it's autopilot. I sell ebook( that i wrote) on eBay and there's only 2 competitor for my niche. My ebook rank in keywords #1 page 1 for Google shopping. There are over 20,000 searches for my niche in Google. It's a super low niche. I just sold 4 today at $19.99 each.

I have all proof of sales eBay & Paypal. This niche is hard to penetrate because it is unique and require skill that almost no one has.
