I only get like 40 cents per day from a site I am currently hosting but I am getting around 30 clicks per day on the ads and over 1000 hits the site is of unusual content would it be best to change to a different ad site and if so what. Or is there a way to make the ads worth more?

    Sorry about my English

Filter any site that advertises on your site that is only ads or search engines. If you look at ads on your site copy urls and then go to sites. If they have adsense ads or clickbank ads filter or block them. Do the same for sites that have nothing to do with the ads.

The Adsense preview tool can help you evaluate the sites like rcj662 says.

40 cents from 30 clicks is not too great.

yea with forums and topsites and arcade it gets a lot of hits and as I said a good few clicks but low income :( it has a index page with the disclaimer that every one has to click to enter the site would it be better to put a click bank on there and google on the main pages?

It depends if you think your visitors are buying or not. But you can try to place the ads another way. But expect low ppc on that kind of sites..

Anyway, I also think you didn't optimize it well for AdSense, I mean I get 40 clicks from about 150 visitors per day sometimes, it is not an usual CTR but it happens. So with 900 visitors per day and 40 clicks, I think you CTR is very low and this also hurts your income.

Also, if you find MySpace related ads on your site, remove them, they worth almost nothing, really, and any other sites that does not sell something valuable, something else than ads because those ads will be optimized for spending almost nothing on clicking them.

Arcade sites don't receive very high CPC at all. Change the subject of your site - that's about the only way to really increase your earnings.
