Now all adsense publishers are complaining about low earning these days this is because of one main reasons

Adsense publisher numbers are increasing exponentially
Adwords users are not increasing with the same rate

    this made google :
1- cancel referral earnings for adsense
2- Adsense will not be able to sign up into in egypt and jordan and other contries soon

so i think this is a transient phase and earnings will be up again within 2 or 3 monthes

I noticed a sharp earnings increase then it went down again, I am trying to raise my CTR by eliminating ads on parts of the site with a low CTR and using changing adsense colors to avoid click blindedness. So many people use adsense now I can see why things would get inflated. I hope you are right about things increasing in a few months.

I don't think there's any evidence that publisher's earnings are down overall. Many have seen significant increases recently. There are many factors at play and while some publishers have seen decreases, others have seen increases, or stayed relatively even.

It goes up..it goes down...it goes up...it goes down.

Look at your results at the end of the month, and compare it to the previous month -- and only then will you be able to make a subjective opinion. Adsense isn't a constant level of income, it's up and down daily. I've had a $56/day followed by a $13/day this month but at the end of the month, my average will more than likely be similar to last month's average.

This is a very serious problem. And I'm sure there are a lot of AdSense Publishers from poor countries willing to use AdSense even at $0.01 / click.

AdSense is still far away from the "competition" (Bidvertiser, etc.) though...

The interesting side of this situation is Google didn't inform publishers about this change. Google pays %78 of the total adsense revenue. And pays %22 to the publishers. If there is no change in ratios, there has to be another reason. I don't think that advertisers suddenly lower their bids.

    Adsense is always unpredictable.

I purposely lowered my impressions from 30,000 a day to 10,000 a day. Guess what happened. My earnings stayed the same.

Fortunately for me, though, my overall earnings went up because I used those other 20,000 impressions for CPM ads.

Apparently this doesn't affect long time and established Adsense publishers.

its other way round. They pay you 78% and keep 22%. In fact, no one has a real concreate answer to this. So whomever that Adsense guru told you about this was mostly lying.

Remember without any proof, all claims are mostly fraud including mine lol. Coz even they pay 78% to us is also a theory its not a proof either.
