my CTR is 0,67% for january. previous month are about the same. I think it´s pretty low... what a "normal" CTR?

maybe because your adsense ads are not place in the heat zone. you placed it at lower portion of your website.

I just added a 768 x 15 ad under the menu, will see if it helps. It seems like no one clicks on the 120x600 ad at the bottom of the right sidebar.

Really depends how many ads you're running - some of my sites have 6/7% some have 1-2%

I thought you were limited to 3 ad sections to not break the google adsense rules... can you have more ads than that on a single page?

Place Medium rectangle ad inside the meta data (Posted by ---) of your post on Single page.

For a better CTR place a medium rectangle on the left which will be an image ad only... and right next to it on the right place a text ad only.

This will prevent your text ads from being duplicates (right and left) and give you more ads to show.

placing it somewhere that can be easily seen by readers might increase the CTR rate
