Low CTR on certain pages of the site

    I have this sitehttp://www.explore-mobiles.com/
    On the main site, model listing and model details page, I have a reasonable CTR
    but on News detail page where I get good traffic, the CTR is very very low.

    1. Any suggestions on the adSense layout.
    2. Should I stick with adSense for these pages or any other programme will be more useful?
    3. Never used any other program other than adsense. Does Google allow for having other programmes along with adsense on the site?
