I'm getting tired of this. My cooking site has about 42% of traffic from outside US. I notice that this traffic have a real low CTR, sometimes even below 1%, (ads provided are not really great) and also a very low eCPM. From almost half of my traffic, I'm getting few clicks that pay 2 cents. US traffic clicks and payout are ten times more. What would you do?
I think you can block non-US visitors, but I am not sure how you do it. Or maybe you can block non US visitors from seeing ads. That might increase your PPC.
Why are most your visitors non-US? Remember, most online advertisers are in the US, so that is their main audience.
It's an international cooking recipes website, so I have visitors from outside US especially UK, Australia and Canada.
UK and Canada pays great! traffic from USA pay the maximun and traffic from Europe pay good. strange, traffic from delepopment country such as China, India, Africa, etc has a low ppc
