Low CPC on entire ADSENSE account

    i have adsense account and site with highest payng keywords, my CPC was around 1 - 1.5 euros, but now it decreased to 0.15, i'v tested same site on my friends ADSENSE account and find out, that site CPC is still 1-1.5 euros, i can't find any explanations to this, looks like CPC dropped on entire account and not only on my site, i've also tested other sites and CPC is still 0.15, anyone can help me with these?

    i don't think so, i created this account one month ago and it only had 180 euro when this problem happened
