low-cost registrar with private registration included?

any suggestions?

thinking about 1and1 but have heard mixed reactions.

currently with luckyregister, a godaddy clone.

one req. i want PRS, private registration services. and ideally, cheaply

.. luckyregister are quite expensive to renew with this additional option.

looks very good but can't se any icann accreditation

also, they say they cahrge 2 euros for transfers, PER YEAR .. I've sent an email to enquire if that really is a repeating charge for domains originally transferred.

otherwise, looks superb.
