Is that the question you want me to answer? Well, your title says "Low Cost" This website is selling for about 10 months income. Sites normally sell here on DP for 8-10 months income (sometimes higher) so I will say that this website is not a good price. It is not "low cost" as stated in your title. Maybe if you put this up on ebay somebody wil give you $400 for it.

 

This is not the question I want you to answer, this is the question your answer is hidden in it.

Now if you've found your answer no need to thank me but if you haven't I'll show you.

Just to remind you this was your question: since when is $40 a month good revenue?

Say for example $10000 with the revenue of $1000/m

Sure...you can find website for sale with 100x monthly rev 10x 5x 1x etc etc..

lol to funny yes you can find a site making 100000K a month or more but be ready to break your bank.

Look At Yahoo or G**Gle i cant guess how much they make in rev,

 

I spent 5 minutes too to prove my eCPM all you would need to do is leave the far right column in. You can highlight the columns in Adsense revenue reports. See below.

I don't mean if there is a site that makes a lot of money.

I asked if people can easily find a site that makes $x/m for just $10x.

Seems I have to go a step further. If this is true why do people waste their time and money in stock markets? Don't tell me they don't know the secret. Don't tell me they can earn 120% of their investment in the first year. - Yes of course some can by chance, I am not talking about chance I am talking about a normal business -

Yes it is quite possible to buy a website with $10,000.00 and earn $1,000.00 the next month.

Find a site with 1,000s of content pages and place Adsense, Yahoo, and Other ads ad well as affiliate programs on all of those pages and then drive traffic to your website.

Hopefully if you spend 10k on a website it will have existing volumnes of traffic, though you can expect 25% of memberships/ users on turn over of business,

Well true there are 120% return in stock market after holding a stock for at least 20 years.

people do not leave the stock markets because taking part in the stock market is known as investment.. Buying a website and operating it to generate revenues are a business, as you said.

Now I can invest in the stock market and work a fulltime job. Opening a business within the stock market would not be very easy, as doing so requires schooling, licenses and state cerdtification.

So as you can see one is an invesrment another a business and whiy people do not jump back and fortth between doing one or the other..

So in reality you havn't bought the site for $10000, but much much more. for example if you are living in USA and you are very uneducated you must add at least $1500/m to the price - 5 days a week in MCdonauld if it is not more -.

But if you live in Banana republic and you get $2 a day you can say you have only paid $10000 and ignor the rest.

A good example is this sale. Even if somebody buy the site for $400 I cannot say

my earning = $400 - hosting and domain

but

my earning = $400 - hosting and doman - $500 teaching economy and logic = -$120
.
