My newly designed site China Health Insurance seems to have a very low conversion ratio. I'm welcome for comments on how to improve that. Most of the traffic is coming from adwords and will go directly to the home page. The traffic is geo-targeted to only come from China. The conversion rate is very low, around 1% my other sites in the same niche get much higher conversion rates.
