Low Competition Niche Help to decide

I need adsense users help here...

I found out a keyword today that has very very low competition , its global monthly searches and CPC are below


74,000 global search and CPC is 4.51

These are monthly search breakdowns

USA 40,500 $4.34

india 2,400 $3.71

canada 4,400 $3.39

austrailia 3,600 $6.30

These are the main searching countries for that keyword

When i put Intitle and Inurl to search the SEO competition it has 20000 pages to compete...

but , its subniche keyword is more easy to dominate ..

When i put Intitle and Inurl to search the SEO competition it has only 8 pages to compete...


Please tell

1) which to choose and main niche is 2 word and subniche is 3 words...and More importantly the domian name is available for that particular keywords and i am planning to use blogger for it..

2) .can u use Hypens between the words...?

 

its better to use the second sub niche keyword and don't use hyphens in the domain name.

 

i would say why not both?
but the second sub niche should be the first i think, with so little competition why not try it

 

the second seems cool to me too but use both of them and get benefit from both sides
