well, u r not supposed to get banned though you will be getting lower paid clicks compared to high traffic website.. it's simple, google will serve you more reliable and more payable ads once your site is improving in their ranks. hence, PR, back links, etc etc.. google analytics is not only for us, but also for google to monitor our performance.
